We recently came across another organization that can help you get come help with finding a job. Maricopa Workforce Connections is an organization that partners with several HR organizations in the valley to better prepare career candidates for future employment. This organization essentially utilizes HR professionals to help candidates prepare for prospective employment by giving you help with things such as resume assistance, mock interviews, and many more valuable tools.

From the information we have been given, it appears as though their services are free and they may be a huge help to anyone searching for a job that needs to polish up their resume or interview skills.

ASU is beginning the semester with its first big career fair. On Wednesday, Feb. 11, the Spring Career and Internship Fair will be held on the 2nd floor of the Memorial Union of ASU Tempe Campus from 2-5 p.m.

93 organizations from a range of industries are scheduled to attend the fair. You can research which organizations will be there and find out what they are looking for by logging in to ASU's Sun Devil CareerLink at http://asu.edu/career.

If you plan to attend the fair, it is a good idea to dress as if you were applying for a job since many employers have been known to hire on the spot.

ASU will also hold a workshop the Monday before the event to help candidates learn how to prepare. It is called "Succeeding at Career, Job and Internship Fairs" and will be held on Monday Feb 9th from 5-6 pm in Room 329 of the ASU Tempe Student Services Building.
